Nature benefits health in many ways. When envoling yourself with nature your mind is able to percieve things that arent of the common sites.

Your back yard

Your back yard is a local place to explore nature often. Your back yard sometimes can have trees that have moss growing on them and other bacteria. When going into your back yard you can explore and stay close by were there is shelter. Exploring nature in other places you can experience a variety of weather and different situations.

Enlightenment

Nature can also be a spiritual incounter that helps to enlighten. Nature sometimes brings out the peacefullness in people. It can connect you to the best person that you can be, revealing the assets that have that are covered by the typical day being repeated.
